MISCELLANEOUS. This design Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license and may be lighting amended only by a writing executed by both parties. THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER PLACED BY YOU IS EXPRESSLY MADE CONDITIONAL ON YOUR ASSENT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND NOT THOSE IN YOUR PURCHASE ORDER. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States lighting Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered. International design orders are not accepted online. We lighting will not ship outside the United States if ordered online.
